BIOCHINA 2026 (11th Edition) ECHEMI Biotech Industry Exhibition was held at Suzhou International Expo Center from March 12 to 14. Centered on the four core systems of Exhibition –Conference–Business Matching–Events, the conference built a high-end communication and cooperation platform covering the entire industrial chain.

GLP-1 Production Solution

Hanbon Technology has built a dual-track chromatography technology matrix of low-pressure and medium-high pressure, establishing a unique technological barrier in the purification of insulin and peptides. Relying on a full-process solution covering online dilution/dosing systems, automatic ultrafiltration modules, solvent recovery systems, and supporting piping and tank engineering, it provides end-to-end turnkey projects from crude purification to fine purification, with continuously rising market recognition.

Its purification production line builds a data hub system based on the DCS + Batch dual-platform architecture, realizing full-link traceability of production parameters. Bio-Lab TFF Laboratory Ultrafiltration System

The Bio-TFF series automatic tangential flow filtration system is an easy-to-use automatic ultrafiltration (UF)/diafiltration (DF) system, suitable for harvesting, clarification, concentration, and buffer exchange in R&D and pilot-scale production of antibodies, vaccines, nucleic acid drugs, and other biopharmaceuticals.

The equipment features fully automatic intelligent design with automatic TMP control, enabling automatic concentration, constant-volume diafiltration, automatic collection, and automatic data recording. Multiple models are available (Bio-TFF 30/180/850, etc.) to meet the requirements of different membrane materials.
